At NB Linen we want you to love your table linen. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Ready-made items
- You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- To start a return, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning it is paid by the customer.
Customised and made-to-order items
Customised orders (personalised embroidery, custom sizes, colours or designs) are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we have received and checked the returned item.
- Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you give us, usually within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake with your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock. If the new item has a different price, you pay the difference or we refund it.
