1. Acceptance of terms
By using the NB Linen website and placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website.
2. Products
Our napkins, placemats, table runners, coasters and other table linen are handcrafted, so small differences in colour, embroidery and size are normal and are part of their character. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens. We describe our products as accurately as we can.
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to availability and to our confirmation.
- We confirm orders by email, phone or WhatsApp. For orders above Rs. 8,000 we require a 10% advance payment to confirm the order.
- Customised orders are made to the details you give us. Please check them carefully, as they cannot be changed once production has started.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Bank transfer details are shown at checkout, and the order is processed once the payment has been received.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Cancellations
- You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
- We may cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or the order details cannot be confirmed. Any payment already made is then refunded in full.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including product designs, photos, text and logos, belongs to NB Linen and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, NB Linen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
