Delivery within Pakistan
- We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Ready-made items are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Customised and made-to-order items are crafted for you, so please allow extra time. We will tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order.
Shipping charges
- A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders within Pakistan.
- Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 50,000.
- The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it.
Order confirmation and payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.
- For orders above Rs. 8,000 we require a 10% advance payment by bank transfer to confirm the order. The balance is paid on delivery.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched once the payment has been received.
International shipping
We can ship outside Pakistan on request. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email before you order, so we can share the delivery charges and expected delivery time for your country. International orders must be paid in advance, and any customs duties or taxes are paid by the customer.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we send you the courier tracking details by email or WhatsApp. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our order lookup page.
Delivery problems
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, missing an item or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us and we will sort it out with the courier.
